Robert Boyd was born on december 7, 1805. He was a liberal young Irishman and he was rich. In England He met general Torrijos and they became close friends. Boyd financed Torrijos´expedition against King Ferdinand VII. Both of them were shot with sa others on december 12, 1831 on the beach of San Andés, Malaga. Boyd was buried in the English cementery because he wasn´t a catholic
